Why should we make you staff on our server?
I think that I should be staff on FractalRP, is because I am a friendly stud, I like to take the rules in as it was my own server and play them how I would want them to be played, I wish to help out in any situation that I can whether it be reports of RDM, NLR.. ect, I wish to serve as a minion for the FractalRP community and help out wherever I can, being it as showing someone what NLR is, or what the definition of RDM is.. I love Garry's mod and have over 3000 hours on it, Most of my days have been spent playing darkrp..
What experience have you had as a staff member in a darkrp server?
I have had wonderful experience in staffmanship, I have co-owned a server called Imagine-Gaming, I have owned 2 Servers that have shutdown due to lack of funds, I have been the Head-Admin on SD, which was one of the most popular DarkRP servers in 2013, and I wish to start a new experience here
How Regularly can you come on the server?
Depends, I do have school currently but most days after school I will be on, also I work Wednesday and Friday but the Wednesday may be changing, if so I will let you know..
Describe what staff abuse is:
Staff abuse can be anything that makes the player feel uncomfortable, whether is be swearing at them in a matter that is not needed, bullying or harassment in any way, shape or form is also staff abuse, You must always keep you cool in staff situations yet role-playing is fine to a limit, (I will admit, I have grown up around swearing from when I was a little tacker, but I do try to keep it down, So I do apologize if it just blurts out), Also noclipping into others buildings for no reason, unless it is needed for a sit..
Do you understand that if you are caught staff abusing you will be punished severely?

General Knowledge
A person is threatening to crash the server, what do you do?:
- I would inform a higher ranking staff member if they are available, if not I would take matters into my own hands, Spectate them for a little bit until suspicious activity happens, than would take action with a ban of 30minutes to see if they just needed cool down time, as we all get mad..
If a person is requesting to talk to a higher member of staff, what do you do?
- I would ask the higher staff member if they are available for a time to have a chat to the person, if not I would kindly say that they are unavailable at this time..
What do you do if a player consistently refuses to stay in a sit?
-Kick them, if they are not complying to the staff rules and to stay and listen to what is being questioned of them, why warn them? they deserve much high consequences as they aren't going to listen after a warn.
What do you do if a player insults you?
- To me, I take insults not to heart, I would verbally warn them, if the matter keeps going I would than warn them and also tell a higher staff member.
What do you do if a player goes afk in a sit?
- Give them some time to come back, everyone may go afk suddenly, maybe their mother/father is yelling at them to put the trash out and they have to do it right away without reasoning, I'd give them a couple minutes to come back (5 - 10minutes), if they do not come back, I would warn them for it..
If you do not have evidence of a rule being broken what do you do?
- I would take action to the limit of it is needed, If it is just a small RDM, no need for kicking them, I would just warn them, yet if it is MassRDM, a kick may be necessary or even a ban of a time limit..
Define and explain each of the following
RDM:
-Random Deathmatch, Killing another player for no reason that involves roleplay
RDA:
- Random Arrest, Arresting someone that is not needed for any roleplay reason.
NLR:
- New Life Rule, Coming back after a time limit that the server has set (5 Minutes), They must not remember anything that happened, or go back there, they may remember their base members names and the keypad..
Metagaming:
- Using a third party software or even steamchat to tell people what is going on while roleplaying together.
SelfSupplying:
- Being a job that can supply himself guns/items specific for sale purposes, and giving them just to himself then changing job..
