Only report a staff member for abuse when you know for sure they were abusing. Simple mistakes such as teleporting the wrong person or thinking you are someone you are not happens all the time, and there's no need to report it. But should something serious ever happen, such as an admin abusing powers to gain an unfair advantage over others, please gather evidence and report it as soon as possible.
